Jon Jones looks in scarily good shape as he nears UFC comeback

Jon Jones is the undoubted draw of this weekend's UFC 197.

'Bones' is not fighting for a title - ever since Daniel Cormier pulled out - but his bout with Ovince St Preux will attract more eyes than flyweight king-pin Demetrious Johnson's tilt with Henry Cejudo. Jones has not fought since April 2015 but certainly looks as if he has been keeping in shape. In the first UFC 197 Embedded, Jones is put through his paces at Jackson-Winkeljohn MMA Academy. We catch up with St Preux as he does some D.I.Y, Cejudo talking about cheese and D.J laughing about red panties but, thankfully, the vlog returns to Jones. He reveals that he sleeps on his own in the lead-up to his fights. His wife remains in the main bedroom while Jones, living 'a Spartan lifestyle', bunks down in a man cave that features a massage table and sauna.
