If there is an award for the most heart-warming gesture of the year, then Everton have to win.
George Shaw is a huge Toffees fan and the nine-year-old, who has cerebral palsy, had his dream come true on Sunday at Goodison Park when he was invited onto the pitch at half time during Everton's clash with Swansea.
But he wasn't just asked to come on the hallowed field - he was walked on by Gerard Deulofeu, who has spoken how inspiring the nine-year-old has been since the club made contact with him recently.
Shaw got a chance today to score a goal that will live long in his memory, as he was applauded throughout his appearance at Goodison Park.
