Fresh from a 13-second KO win over Jose Aldo, Conor McGregor is back in the gym.

Defeating Aldo allowed the Irishman to claim the UFC featherweight championship, and he's now set his sights on victory in the lightweight showdown with Rafael Dos Anjos in the not-so-distant future. The following clip shows McGregor looking looking typically sharp as he hits the mitts.
