The real story here is that Marko Marin is still technically a Chelsea player.
The German winger has been with the Blues since 2012, but has only played six games for the English outfit. Since the initial season in which he made the occasional appearance, Marin has been a perpetual loanee having spells at Sevilla, Fiorentina and Anderlecht.
Marin is in Turkey at the moment, togging out for Trabzonspor. This week he managed to pull off the rare skill of a full-bodied nutmeg.
