It didn't take Marc Bartra too long at all to find the Borussia Dortmund supporter he was eager to meet after his side's 1-1 draw with Schalke on Saturday.
A terrific photograph emerged online in the wake of the game at the VELTINS-Arena which showed one tremendously loyal Dortmund supporter sat in the famous yellow jersey in a sea of blue.
At least 100 Schalke supporters surrounded the woman, who did not hesitate to proudly show off her club colours in spite of how significantly she was outnumbered.
That kind of determination for the cause was greatly appreciated by Bartra, the former Barcelona defender who moved to Dortmund last summer, and he sent out a request to meet the courageous fan in question so that he could reward her loyalty with his match shirt.

And less than 24 hours since posting the above tweet, Bartra was put in touch with the woman in question.
On Monday morning, the Spaniard tweeted an update showing that he had tracked down the woman and her Schalke-supporting husband.

Fair play to Bartra as he announced that he will remain true to his promise and deliver his jersey to Steffi, a true supporter who is not afraid to represent her team.
What a guy!
