Loris Karius has dropped another clanger while playing for Liverpool.
The German goalkeeper committed two extremely costly errors in the Champions League final against Real Madrid in May. He threw the ball into the path of Karim Benzema to gift Real the lead, and then let Gareth Bale's shot slip into the net.
He had his mental state assessed when he returned for the start of pre-season training after scans revealed that he suffered a concussion during the match against Madrid in Kiev. However, it appears that Jurgen Klopp is prepared to give him another chance. He defended his goalkeeper saying that his poor performance was influenced by the concussion in the 3-1 loss, and he played him in a pre-season friendly on Tuesday night.
But Karius made another mistake in the 3-2 win over Tranmere Rovers.

Karius failed to deal with a free-kick from Oliver Norburn and dropped the ball in the path of Jonny Smith, who scored for Tranmere.

It appears that one of the Tranmere players wasn't too impressed with Karius' howler, and he showed him little sympathy.
Ben Tollitt, who appears to be a Liverpool supporter, could be seen mouthing an insult at Karius after he dropped the clanger. You don't need to be a lip-reader to know what he said.
