There's not been this much hype around a European fighter in some time.
Jack Hermansson is a familiar name for fans of the European MMA circuit but those who strictly follow the UFC may not know who he is.

It emerged on Tuesday that 'The Joker' is set to take on English middleweight Scott Askham at UFC Hamburg on September 3.
Norway's Hermansson most recently competed for Italian promotion Venator FC and pushed his winning streak to eight with a third-round TKO victory over Ireneusz Cholewa.

The 27-year-old has matured into a genuinely well-rounded mixed martial artist and has been given the chance to show what he's capable of on the world stage once more.
The UFC jumped at the opportunity to sign the Cage Warriors middleweight champion, three years after Hermansson failed to take his chance with Bellator.
Hermansson dropped two defeats in Bellator and was cut from the roster but has enjoyed a perfect record ever since, requiring the judges' decision on just two occasions across his last eight victories.
He will have his work cut out for him, though, with his introduction to the UFC as Askham already has two knockout victories under the promotional banner.
The Brit most recently stopped Chris Dempsey with a beautiful head kick knockout at UFC London.
One thing's for sure, fireworks are to be expected come September 3.
