You might have heard Jamie Carragher let out a Nevillian yelp while commentating on Liverpool’s 4-1 loss to Manchester City at the weekend.
As Liverpool dithered with the ball in defence, with City ready to pounce on any loose ball, Carragher blurted out an instinctive noise reminiscent of his colleague Gary Neville’s famous goalgasm when Fernando Torres sealed Chelsea’s place in the Champions League final in 2012.
Neville said he wanted Carragher’s yelp as his ring tone, and Sky Sports duly obliged.

But that wasn’t the end of this meme’s life cycle. TikToker Olli_Hughesss has created an incredible remix, combining the clip with John Legend’s smash hit ‘All of Me’.
Carragher posted the TikTok to Twitter, captioned with a couple of crying laughing emojis, so it’s safe to assume the former England defender found it as hilarious as we have.
