They say a picture says a thousand words, but 'ouch' is the only one that comes to mind when we look at John Ruddy's misfortune in this image.

The hapless Norwich City keeper was beaten six times by Newcastle on Sunday, with Dutch midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum helping himself to four strikes in a blistering performance.   We're not sure which of Wijnaldum's goals this followed exactly, but it rather sums up a depressing afternoon for Ruddy... https://twitter.com/br_uk/status/655801398915760128
