Ben is a self-confessed gym junkie. But the only highs he prescribes to get body beautiful are top fives after a rigorous workout session.
He's certainly not a fan of 'quick fixes', mainly because they're quite often very unhealthy and sometimes incredibly dangerous. Of course anabolic steroids are a big no-no.
We've seen some roided up characters in our time - often with almost cartoonish physiques - but nothing prepared us for this chap on Brazilian TV show Hoje Em Dia.
He seems very proud of himself - despite looking like he's pumped himself up with helium - and explains that he'd like to get even bigger, especially in the legs.
He openly admits to using steroids (as if you couldn't tell), and even stands in front of a cardboard cutout of when he used to look like a perfectly normal human-being...
