Many Barcelona fans will have been left fearing the worst after Lionel Messi was ruled out for up to eight weeks through injury.

The record goalscorer picked up a knee problem in the league meeting with Las Palmas, but there is now some positive news. Messi was all smiles as he posted an update from the club's medical suite, suggesting he is feeling positive about his recovery.
