Core muscles all flexed, the rugby player pulls his body up using his hamstrings, and every sinew in his body.
The hands behind the back made it look even harder, but we feel Nevers may have trumped it by adding a weight to his routine.
The exercise is seemingly called a 'Nordic Curl, and we doubt even Thor himself would be able to manage this.
