It’s a grim time to be an Arsenal fan, but this might give that furious grimace a tinge of a smile.
Arsenal have barely any time to dissect what went wrong in their midweek 2-1 defeat to Watford at the Emirates as they turn their attention to league leaders Chelsea. They face their London rivals at Stamford Bridge at the 12:30 kick-off on Sunday.
After that, it doesn’t get much better for the Gunners as they’ll have that huge Champions League fixture against Bayern Munich swirling around in the back of their minds.
So, February is either going to be the month that Arsenal turned it all around and proved the doubters wrong, or it will be the same old story we’ve seen from the side in recent years, resulting in abject despair among their fans.

Well, just because the times are grim doesn’t mean you have to feel low.
At least, that’s what Sky Sports must have been thinking when they drafted in famous fan Jack Whitehall to shoot the shit with club legend Thierry Henry in the build up to the big game at the weekend.
Unsurprisingly, the Fresh Meat star was awestruck by his football hero, which must have made the moment Henry decided to do a really creepy impersonation of him on air all the more odd.
It was difficult to tell whether he was making a genuine attempt to mimic Whitehall’s voice, or if he was auditioning for the role of a soul-sucking demon in the next James Wan movie.
