Darren Bent has developed a reputation for being lethal in front of goal, but it turns out he's lethal at both ends of the pitch.
The England international striker is currently plying his trade with Derby County in the Championship, but was on target at the wrong end when the Rams hosted Leicester City in the FA Cup.
Bent is by no means the only man to blame after what can only be described as a catalogue of errors, with goalkeeper Scott Carson not coming out of this well.
But the former Tottenham and Sunderland frontman - presented with an opportunity to clear his lines after a Leicester corner - let his poacher's instincts take hold and absolutely leathered the ball into the Derby net.

We should have known Bent would be among the goals, considering his previous record in the competition.

Just not like that.

Bent did redeem himself soon after, heading beyond Kasper Schmeichel to equalise, but we get the feeling one of the goals will be replayed a lot more than the other.
After all, the own goal was a special moment for everyone besides Bent.
