There are four games taking place at 3pm today as Brentford host Leicester City, however, they will be led by interim manager Ben Dawson as newly appointed manager Ruud van Nistelrooy watches on from the stands.
Brentford currently find themselves in 11th in the Premier League table, one point ahead of Manchester United while Leicester are 16th, on equal points with Wolves sitting one point above the relegation zone.
The Foxes will have a point to prove as individuals try to impress and get on the radar of Van Nistelrooy.
Elsewhere, 19th place Crystal Palace host Newcastle United who are currently sitting 10th while Ipswich Town travel to Nottingham Forest and Wolves host Bournemouth.
The late kick off is a London derby as Julen Lopetegui's Hammers host the Gunners at 5.30pm.
Lopetegui hopes to welcome back Jean-Clair Todibo after he picked up a knock against Newcastle, should he not be fit, Dinos Mavropanos will step in to face his old side Arsenal.
Edson Alvarez returns from suspension while Mohamed Kudus serves his final game of his five match suspension. Lopetegui himself will be conducting proceedings from the stands after picking up a yellow card against Newcastle - his third of the season.
Arsenal have won just two of their last seven games, neither of which came in the Premier League but they will be boosted by the return of Martin Odegaard, Riccardo Calafiori and Declan Rice from injury. Ben White is out long term after suffering a knee injury and Gabriel Magalhaes remains a doubt.
