Unlike a certain World Player of the Year, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has a statue he can be proud of. The running joke on Twitter in the last few weeks or so is that you should never court any kind of fame, lest someone sculpt an absolutely terrible bronze statue in your name. Like the time Cristiano Ronaldo was made to look like Niall Quinn...

It's Alan Shearer, by all accounts, and not John Cena. Could've fooled us. But... With all of that in mind, it's strange to see a statue that actually does come resemble its subject. Step forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who has shared the work in progress that is his own bronze tribute in Sweden.
