Rumour has it that the one and only Adele is a Tottenham Hotspur fan.
Well, it’s not really a rumour because she’s made no attempt at hiding her heart when it comes to Spurs. Despite the fact that they’ve not won anything since when we were young, the 28-year-old songstress has the sweetest devotion to the North London club.
Hailing from Tottenham herself, Adele has been hoping for hometown glory for ages, even though it seems like a million years ago since their last trophy. But that’s all water under the bridge as everyone hopes Mauricio Pochettino is the remedy to them turning the tables.
Alas their title bid crumbled on Saturday after a 2-0 defeat to Liverpool made the sky fall in on their fading hopes of catching Chelsea. Indeed if they’re not careful they could soon find themselves rolling in the deep of a top four scramble, with Arsenal, Liverpool and both Manchester clubs aiming to take it all from them.

Sending their love on Monday morning after yet another successful Grammys haul, the club offered warm congratulations to their famous fan via Twitter. Except everyone was making the same cruel jokes in the replies. Who would have known how bittersweet this would taste…
