Celtic loanee is clearly regretting this embarrassing old tweet about his new club

Ryan Christie isn't the first footballer left red-faced by an old tweet, but he might be the most embarrassed.

The Aberdeen new-boy followed the example of Arsenal's Cohen Bramall by deactivating his Twitter account when old comments that don't paint him in the best light resurfaced. But the internet remembers all, and we don't doubt Christie will get a ribbing from his new teammates for this. The 21-year-old, on loan at Pittodrie from Celtic, came through the ranks at Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
