It appears Ross Barkley is about to join Chelsea.

According to several reports, the Everton midfielder is having a medical with the Premier League champions ahead of a £15m move from Everton. Barkley has yet to play this season, as he recovers from a hamstring injury. He rejected a new contract to stay at Goodison Park towards the end of last season.
