Ronda Rousey’s next career move seems clear.
Amid rumours of a training regime under current WWE superstar Brian Kendrick in Rousey’s native California, all roads are pointing to the WWE ring for the former UFC women’s bantamweight champion.
Rousey has not yet officially retired from mixed martial and remains placed at No. 4 in the current 135lbs rankings but it would be very surprising to see her take to the Octagon again.
After skyrocketing to the pinnacle of MMA, stopping all 12 of her opponents prior to UFC 193, Rousey experienced an unprecedented fall from grace as she was knocked out in consecutive bouts courtesy of Holly Holm and Amanda Nunes.

Legendary WWE commentator Jim Ross recently insisted that ‘Rowdy’ moving to the WWE would be something of a no-brainer.
“It’s too great an opportunity for her to pass up and WWE to pass up. It’s a match made in heaven,” Ross told TMZ . “She’s gonna be a big star. It’s inevitable. I see her in a WrestleMania someday.”
And it seems like the wheels are most definitely in motion to get Rousey set up in the world of professional wrestling as she recently found herself embroiled in the early stages of a storyline after training partner Shayna Baszler’s participation in the Mae Young Classic.

Stood alongside fellow so-called Four Horsewomen members, Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir, Rousey’s interview with WWE.com was “interrupted” by Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch and Bailey.
It was obviously all scripted but Rousey’s ability on the mic, something for which she was never renowned during her time with the UFC, divided opinion among viewers.
