While Harry Arter is a tidy player, the Bournemouth midfielder still has a long way to go to be discussed in the same breath as the game's elite players. But former England defender Terry Butcher isn't one for patience. Speaking on BBC Radio 5 Live, Butcher claimed Arter is actually better than Italian legend Andrea Pirlo in one area of his game. A.F.C. Bournemouth v Newcastle United - Premier League Butcher was commentating on the Cherries' defeat to Newcastle when he came out with this extraordinary comparison.
