Real Madrid and Barcelona to wear special kits during El Clasico fixture

The two sides meet at the Bernabeu this weekend

Both Real Madrid and Barcelona will swap their familiar shirts for limited editions kits during this weekend's Clasico at the Santiago Bernabeu. Madrid, who would usually be wearing their white home shirt, will be breaking tradition by wearing an all-black strip to commemorate the club's 120th anniversary, as shown by Football Shirt Collective. The Catalan club's president has apparently requested that Barça wear their famous 'Senyera' kit which was first introduced in 2019. Its design features the colours of the region of Catalonia - the region where Barcelona are located.
