Paddy Power announced this week that that they would be Huddersfield Town's new shirt sponsor
Except, they won't. The bookmakers revealed that the controversial kit with a huge sash with Paddy Power emblazoned on it was just a prank - obviously - and that the Terriers' actual kit would not have a logo on it.
This is all part of their 'Save Our Shirt’ campaign, where they are calling on brands to stop sponsoring football shirts – including fellow betting companies.
