It seems no one has told police forces in the UK that banter isn't compulsory just because you have a Twitter account.

Not long after Merseyside police issued a wholly inappropriate reply to a rape joke on social media, Greater Manchester Police made a joke about Wayne Rooney that wasn't exactly well-received.
