Steven Gerrard, Frank Lampard...it's all the same to Fabio Cannavaro.

The Italian World Cup winner tried to join his compatriot Andrea Pirlo in paying tribute to Gerrard following the Liverpool captain's last match at Anfield but made a pretty huge cock-up.   Cannavaro posted this picture of Lampard on his Facebook page much to the amusement of the football world before quickly deleting it.
