The Argentine is in his fourth campaign with Leeds
Marcelo Bielsa is set to walk aways from Leeds United in the summer after the Argentine admitted that it is 'impossible' to compete in the Premier League with complete commitment, as reported by the Mirror.
The report states that the Yorkshire outfit have already started their search for Bielsa's successor, with his comments regarding his future prior to Leeds' match against Manchester United surprising many at the club.
While he insisted that the time to talk about his future is in the summer, the 66-year-old said that the top-flight will 'expose' any individual who doesn't take advantage of competing in the league.
He said: "It (the future) is not a subject we should talk about at this moment.
"No-one can stay at this level if they cannot guarantee 100 percent enthusiasm - that’s players or coaches.
"The competition will expose those who don’t take advantage of being at this level."

Bielsa is currently in his fourth campaign with Leeds, which is his longest stint as a manager at any club during his coaching career.
He signed for just two years when he arrived in 2018 and later agreed to two one-year extensions.
The Argentine guided Leeds back to the Premier League after a 16-year absence in 2020, with the Whites finishing in ninth position last season.
However, his squad have been hit by several long-term injuries this campaign, with striker Patrick Bamford, midfielder Kalvin Phillips and captain Liam Cooper all on the sidelines.
Leeds go into the clash with the Red Devils having won just five of 23 games and are involved in a relegation battle.
It is the first time that United has played at Elland Road in front of fans in the Premier League since October 2003.
