Despite Solanke scoring 11 goals and Hojlund with seven across all competitions this season, both clubs are looking to Randal Kolo Muani for some extra fire power up top.
The 26-year-old French forward has struggled for minutes and goals this season and has failed to show the heights of his Frankfurt days.
However, Spurs and United are hoping to change that.
The PSG star was once valued at almost £70m and is a versatile player being able to play on the wings or as a centre-forward.
Kolo Muani managed 43 goals contributions in 50 games for Frankfurt while has 18 in 54 for PSG.
With the prospect of a loan deal carrying less jeopardy for all sides involved, a deal could indeed be likely.
