Man left brutally disfigured after slapping championship match

A man has been left seriously disfigured after participating in a brutal slapping championship match. For those of unaware of what a slapping match it really is what it says on the tin: two people slap each other in the face until one is determined the winner. As with any sport of this nature, things can get competitive, and with €5000 (£4400) going to the winner, it was exactly that. The RXF Slap Fighting Championship isn't for the faint-hearted and you must have nerves of steal to win. Comsa Sorin was so determined to win, but it came at a cost. Sorin did go on to win the tournament but had to endure 20 minutes of brutal slaps to the face before he lifted the title (deservedly so). Although many were left impressed by his determination, including Conor McGregor who praised his 'absolutely gorgeous technique', others were concerned. Many were worried about the future health implications that could occur further on life, with one person describing it as 'madness' that would 'lead to concussion'.
