Luke Shaw looks like a man who spends a shedload of time in the gym.
That's our opinion anyway after seeing the picture that the Manchester United defender posted on Facebook over the weekend.
The England man is set to be out of football for at least six months with a double leg fracture, but after successful surgery he has taken the first steps on the road to playing again.
He's in a full cast from his ankle to his knee but we couldn't help notice that Shaw's upper body is in fine shape.
We understand that Premier League footballers are all in pretty decent nick anyway but it is little over a year ago that England manager Roy Hodgson was branding the £30million defender overweight, during the World Cup in Brazil.
We think you'll agree, it is quite a transformation.
Long road ahead but so happy to be able to put weight on my leg again! #MUFC
