Following a promising start to the new season, Luke Shaw looks set for a long spell out of action.
After a run from left back, Shaw as on the receiving end of a challenge which appears to have broken his right leg.
Shaw sustained the injury just fifteen minutes into his Champions League debut, leaving his season and hopes of competing in next summer’s European Championship in severe doubt.
