Laura Woods celebrated her beloved Arsenal's win against Manchester City in style on Sunday night.
City fell to their third defeat in four games as Gabriel Martinelli came off the bench to score a late winner for Arsenal.
Martinelli’s effort deflected off Nathan Ake in the 86th minute to secure a massive three points for Mikel Arteta’s men and take them joint-top of the league with north London rivals Tottenham.
The TV presenter, who has documented her love for the Gunners in the past, shared a post to her story celebrating the three points after she had spent the weekend celebrating a birthday with her friend.
She shared a selfie of herself and a friend, writing: "All good nights end on the floor."
After the game Woods posted to her story once again, saying: "What a delightful Sunday."
The win at the Emirates Stadium was a huge moment in the season and after acknowledging the important win, Arteta praised his players for their performance.
"I'm so proud. It was the moment with the right people and the right players. We knew we would have to suffer and we did that. You need a big performance and the crowd too. It feels like a big win," he told Sky Sports.
"I think the way we started we conceded the corner and then we gained some control and in the second half we started really good. We were there and really aggressive. The changes helped as well. The quality they produced in the goal was top.
"City give you a lot of problems and we gave them a lot of issues as well. It is not easy to get out. You need the right timing, the right movement, the right moments. I like the courage.
"You are going to have these hard moments against this team. You have to be direct and manage the emotions and make sure you don't get caught against this team."
