Julian Draxler fancies a move to Paris over Arsenal, according to the latest reports from France

It's difficult to think back to a time when Julian Draxler wasn't linked with a move to Arsenal.

As soon as the German international was old enough to walk, barely a transfer window has gone by without some form of report claiming a move to North London was on the cards. And with the January window looming, there's already been whispers that Arsene Wenger is sniffing around the 23-year-old, some even going as far as saying that Draxler's international teammate Mesut Özil has been urging his manager to make a move. Draxler is unhappy at current club Wolfsburg, but just before Arsenal fans dash out to get his name printed on the back of a shirt, word from France is that the attacking midfielder would prefer to go elsewhere. Whether they can engineer a move in January remains to be seen. Still, let's not get ahead of ourselves. Even a move to Paris wouldn't stop Draxler being linked with a switch to The Emirates at some point in the future. It's just the way things are.
