Ivan Toney has agreed a huge transfer deadline day move to Saudi Arabia.
The Brentford man has been at the centre of one of the summer's longest transfer sagas.
The England striker has been linked with a move away from Brentford all summer, and has been left out of Thomas Frank’s squad for the first two games of the Premier League season.
Now, his future has finally been resolved, and that the 28-year-old has agreed a move to Saudi Pro League side Al-Ahli.
The Saudi club will pay Brentford a fee of £40m for the player, who will sign a four-year deal with the new club.
With his wages on top, the move will cost £100m all in.
It had been reported earlier this week that Al-Ahli had agreed a deal with Toney, but this was followed by reports that Chelsea were attempting to hijack the deal and swoop in.
However, this never materialised into anything serious, and the Mirror reports that further reports linking him with Arsenal and Manchester United were never a result of any serious interest from the clubs.
Toney had been left out of the squad for both of Brentford's first two games of the Premier League season, amid speculation about his future at the club.
Speaking on Sunday ahead of his side's defeat to Liverpool, Bees manager Thomas Frank admitted Toney was on the verge of leaving the club.
He said: "Ivan trained the whole week. Trained with a good attitude in every aspect. He could be involved, he could not be involved.
"He could be here after August 30 and he could not be here. Basically, everything is up in the air. I've said the whole time that if he's here I'm very happy, if he's not here then I'm happy on his behalf. Who knows, let's see, let's see what will happen."
