Is this proof we are living in The Matrix? One of the most remarkable goal keeping errors of all time happened in today's 2. Bundesliga tie between Duisburg and Ingolstadt. Ingolstadt striker Stefan Kutschke was able to score the simplest of tap ins after Duisburg keeper Mark Flekken appeared to 'glitch' and appear standing clueless behind the goal line as Kutschke ran in to put it away. It was as if you were playing a video game, and something went wrong with the programming.

Just watch, it is incredible.
