Ingolstadt striker Stefan Kutschke was able to score the simplest of tap ins after Duisburg keeper Mark Flekken appeared to 'glitch' and appear standing clueless behind the goal line as Kutschke ran in to put it away. It was as if you were playing a video game, and something went wrong with the programming.
