Chris Kamara is one of the most beloved sports presenters in English football. As one of the members of Sky Sports' Soccer Saturday and now one of the hosts of Goals on Sunday, Kamara is as well known among the younger generation of fans for his punditry and hosting than he is for his playing days.
The former Swindon Town and Brentford midfielder recently spoke to JOE about his most famous moment from Soccer Saturday, in which he failed to notice a sending off in the game he himself was attending.
Kamara was present at Fratton Park for a match between Portsmouth and Blackburn Rovers in the Premier League, when Pompey's Anthony Vanden Borre received a second yellow card.
This news filtered through to the studio, where host Jeff Stelling decided to go to the on-pitch reporter, in this case, Kamara.
Unfortunately, Chris didn't see the incident in question, and what followed went down in history as pure television gold.
Ever wonder exactly what happened? Well here it is, in the own man's words.
