Hearts manager Craig Levein has been rushed to hospital after being taken ill this morning.
The former Scotland manager, 53, has received treatment and is said to be recovering well.
A statement from Hearts said: "Heart of Midlothian Football Club can confirm that manager Craig Levein was taken to hospital this morning.
"Having received medical treatment, Craig is now recovering well in hospital.
"No further comment will be made at this time and the club asks that Craig and his family’s privacy be respected, as we all wish him a speedy recovery."
Hearts remain top of the Scottish Premiership with nine points. The Edinburgh side are the only team with a 100% record after the first three matches of the season in Scotland.
