Highlighting e-commerce sales on NBAStore.eu from October 2017 – December 2017, the NBA has announced its list of most popular jerseys sold in the UK.
Topping the list is three-time NBA Champion and four-time Kia NBA MVP Lebron James of the Cleveland Cavaliers. Second on the list is two-time NBA Champion and two-time Kia NBA MVP Stephen Curry (Golden State Warriors), while Oklahoma City Thunder's six-time NBA All-Star and 2017 NBA MVP Russell Westbrook slots in at three.
No real surprise with the top three - although Kevin Durant might have something to say about his former OKC teammate being higher than him - what is a surprise however is how high up the list Greece international Giannis Antetokounmpo is.
Having one hell of a season with the Milwaukee Bucks, Antetokounmpo (aka the Greek Freak) makes the top-selling jerseys list for the first time and is flying the flag for Europe sitting in the fourth spot.
Another European player who has made the list for the first time is a certain 7'3" New York Knick by the name of Kristaps Porzingis. The Latvian big man sits in ninth. Additionally, popular Los Angeles Lakers rookie Lonzo Ball makes his debut on the list in seventh.
At a European level, the list of most popular team merchandise has seen some movement, with the Cleveland Cavaliers overtaking the Golden State Warriors for the top spot. The Oklahoma City Thunder climbed four spots from the last list (October 2017) to three, while the Eastern Conference-leading Boston Celtics rose one spot to round out the Top 5.
