In 2003, Italian newspaper Tuttosport established the Golden Boy Award, a prize which would be annually awarded to the most impressive young player in Europe.
Several newspapers have since come on board and vote for the best player under the age of 21 each year, with previous winners going on to achieve varying levels of success.
This week, the 60-man shortlist for the 2018 award was announced and we felt there was no better time to quiz you lot on those who have claimed the honour since it first came about.
We give you the year and the player's native country, you just name him. But you've got just five minutes to do so.
