It was such an innocuous tweet too.

Man United fans are not a happy bunch. Their team is wallowing in fifth place, they're out of the Champions League, and all whilst playing a very dull brand of football indeed. To add salt to a growing wound, local rivals Man City have confirmed Pep Guardiola as their manager from the end of the season onwards. And United? They're persevering with Louis van Gaal.
