Most notably, the decision to withdraw Harry Maguire for concussion-related reasons could play an impact. Maguire was involved in a nasty collision and after following the concussion protocols, was replaced by Eric Dier.
Southgate has three defensive options he could consider bringing in. He could either go with Dier, Conor Coady or Ben White.
Judging by his decision in the win against Iran, Dier would be the most likely candidate, however, fans would probably prefer to see White, who has been in excellent form for Arsenal this season.
Having said that Maguire appeared to confirm he was okay post-match and stated that he was "looking forward to Friday" - hinting that he may well be fit enough to play.

The majority of the side speaks for itself. Declan Rice and Jude Bellingham are irreplaceable currently and if he were to drop Saka, that would be extremely harsh.
Sterling is also worthy of keeping his place and was vital in some of the link-up play. Rashford and Grealish looked impressive coming off the bench too, but not enough to force their way into the side.
Mason Mount could be swapped out for Phil Foden however should either of those players start, there would be very few qualms (maybe from some of their club team supporters).
James Maddison and Kyle Walker were the only two definitely ruled out of the first game. Walker won't be fit until after the group stages but should Maddison have recovered from his knock, it's likely that he will settle for a place on the bench with a potential cameo if Southgate feels the time is right.
Kane appears to overcome an injury scare and looks set to play.
