Since then, back-to-back wins against Aston Villa and Leicester City have gotten Mikel Arteta's side back on track and a win in north London on Wednesday will move them five points clear at the top of the table.
Everton meanwhile come into the game off the back of a 2-0 defeat at home to Aston Villa and are currently in the bottom three (18th).
A win against the league leaders will see them leapfrog relegation rivals Leeds, West Ham and Wolves and move into 15th place with 13 games left to play.
Wednesday's fixture will take place after it was postponed back in September following the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
Because the game wasn't originally chosen for broadcast - and was part of the 3pm blackout rules - when the TV picks for games back in September were selected.
If a game isn't chosen for TV in the first case, then the rearranged fixture is still not able to be shown.
Those hoping to watch the Gunners on TV will have to wait a bit longer as well. Their game against AFC Bournemouth is a 3pm kick off which means the only ones able to watch it live and direct will have to be in attendance at the Emirates.
