‘One of our biggest games in years… and he’s down the road getting on it’
Scotland fans have slammed Andy Robertson for ‘boozing’ during Liverpool’s trophy parade, just days before their crucial World Cup play-off semi final clash against Ukraine.
Liverpool had organised the parade to celebrate their Carabao Cup and FA Cup success on Sunday, which still went ahead despite their Champions League final defeat the night before.

However, a number of Scotland fans were left disappointed with their captain and felt that he should have been focusing on Wednesday’s all-important clash against Ukraine.
“Andy Robertson getting onit and boozing with the Liverpool team to celebrate winning 2 cups instead of getting himself ready for a massive game for Scotland on Wednesday is embarrassing btw. You’ll get folk who defend him but as captain that’s pathetic,” said one supporter.

Scotland are two games away from the World Cup finals in Qatar
Scotland face Ukraine in the rearranged World Cup play-off semi final at Hampden Park on Wednesday, as they look to reach the finals of the tournament for the first time in 36 years.
The game was initially scheduled for March but following the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the date of the fixture was changed.
The winner will face Wales in the play-off final on June 5.
