Despite the Parisian club's decision to listen to offers they are unlikely to be inundated with enquiries. The likes of Manchester City, Liverpool, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich have no plans, nor interest, to make an offer.
One side who would be interested is the bankrolled Newcastle United, who could apparently afford to make him an offer say L'Equipe, but Neymar would have no desire to move to the North East.
The 30-year-old's form has rapidly declined and the player who was once meant to be the face of the PSG project is now in the shadows of his two teammates, Lionel Messi and Mbappe.
Neymar still has three years left on his deal at the Ligue 1 champions and is also settled at the club while being the second-highest paid player at PSG, meaning he isn't actively looking to pursue a move away himself.
