Over 2,000 fans packed into the stadium with those travelling supporting United chanting "we want Karna on" to show their appreciation for the youngster.
Just days before the game, Karna's father was seen supporting the 19-year-old during a youth game against Aston Villa where she managed to get herself on the scoresheet, before being called up to the senior squad.
