It comes after the former Liverpool player was charged with racially abusing Evra during a game against Manchester United in 2011.
Liverpool fans have been widely condemned after a section of their crowd directed chants at Patrice Evra on his West Ham debut.
Suarez was handed an eight-match suspension and fined £40,000 for abusing the then-Manchester United player.
An FA statement at the time said: “It is alleged that Suarez used abusive and/or insulting words and/or behaviour towards Manchester United’s Patrice Evra contrary to FA rules.
“It is further alleged that this included a reference to the ethnic origin and/or colour and/or race of Patrice Evra.”
Today fans of the Merseyside club are reported to have booed the defender and chanted Suarez’s name when he was on the ball.
