Everton have confirmed that they have withdrawn their appeal of their recent two-point deduction.
The Toffees were docked two points for breaching the Premier League's profit and sustainability rules.
Their appeal was due to take place next week, with a verdict announced before their final game of the season against Arsenal on May 19 but that will no longer take place.
Earlier this season the Merseyside club were given a 10-point deduction for PSR breaches in the three-year period to 2021-22 but it was later reduced to six.
Despite this, a recent upturn in form saw Sean Dyche's side guarantee Premier League survival following wins against Nottingham Forest, Liverpool and Brentford in the last month.
Everton's decision also comes after Nottingham Forest recently had their appeal to get their four-point deduction overturned rejected.]
The Blues may face further sanctions down the line though due to interest costs associated with the building of the club's new stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock, but that doesn't look like it'll happen anytime soon.
