There's just one slight issue with it. The winner went in off Romelu Lukaku. And was credited as a Lukaku own goal.
Not to take anything away from Diego Carlos, who showed exquisite technique to pull off the overhead kick in the first instance.

Inter actually went in front in the final, with Lukaku slotting home from the penalty spot after five minutes. Sevilla hit back however, with two goals from Dutch striker Luuk De Jong.
Despite soon equalising through Diego Godin, Inter conceded again in the 74th minute - but this time, the goal turned out to be the winner.

A free-kick into the box was headed away by the Inter defence, when Diego Carlos executed his acrobatic overhead kick. It found the back of the net after striking Romelu Lukaku's outstretched leg.
Replays showed that Carlos' effort was probably going wide of the post, so the goal eventually went down as a Lukaku OG.
The victory cemented Sevilla's place in the record books. They had lifted their sixth Europa League title - a record for Europa League and UEFA Cup wins.
While the La Liga season is back underway, Sevilla have yet to play their first game. They've been given the first few weeks off, due to the late finish of last season's Europa League.
A native of Brazil, Diego Carlos' first taste of European football came when he joined Portuguese side Estoril in 2014.
He later signed for Nantes. While he impressed enough in France for Sevilla to sign him, his time there is generally remembered for a bizarre incident involving referee Tony Chapron.

Carlos accidentally tripped the ref, who then kicked out at him. If that wasn't enough, Chapron showed Diego Carlos his second yellow card and sent him off.Explore more on these topics:
