The threats are in relation to Ihattaren’s recent marriage
Ajax midfielder Mohamed Ihattaren had his £73,000 Porsche torched in the early hours of Tuesday morning as police investigate claim he is being targeted by a group of criminals.
The incident occurred days after Ihattaren married TikTok star Yasmine and a week after his brother, Yassir, had his own car targeted and torched.

De Telegraaf have claimed that the authorities haven’t ruled out arson and are continuing their investigation by monitoring the CCTV in the Kanaleneiland district of the city Utrecht.
Reports also claim that the 20-year-old is facing serious threats from a group of organised criminals as a result of his recent marriage.
Rumours first emerged in July, however Ihattaren was quick to dismiss the idea he was facing any threat to his personal life. While they only remain claims for now, Dutch media have claimed that police have seen known criminals “in the vicinity” of the player and his family.

The youngster is currently on loan at Ajax from Italian giants Juventus, but has failed to make an appearance so far. Representatives from the Dutch side have also admitted they are concerned about the youngster, who was once destined to be the next big thing in the Netherlands.
“Let me be clear that we are all worried about Mo,” Ajax technical director Gerry Hamstra said in July.
“Of course we’re a football club, but some things go beyond football.
“As a club we are very committed to Mo and are in direct contact with him. We hope things will return to normal soon. We hope he will be back soon.”
