FIFA 17’s latest ‘glitch’ sees Manchester United appear in full Tottenham kit

This was different.

As much as most normal non-Pro Evo-playing people enjoy a game of FIFA once in a while, the odd glitch once in a while is part and parcel of it.

On the rare occasions they do crop up, they’re never usually that big of a deal. They do, however, have a habit of being quite amusing – which is exactly why the sight of Zlatan Ibrahmovic sniffing a goalkeeper’s arse on FIFA 17 went viral a few weeks ago when it was posted on Twitter.

One of the more recent glitches to have made its way on to Twitter is perhaps not quite as funny. Equally, its sheer weirdness makes it worth a look.

Twitter user @110173matty was confused to find that Manchester United turned out in a Tottenham kit when he played a friend in an online game.

As the picture which accompanies the tweet shows, Zlatan Ibrahimovic is once again right at the centre of this particular glitch – the ‘#bestglitchever’ according to Matty – with teammates Wayne Rooney and Henrikh Mkhitaryan also visible in the background.

When people speculate about how it might have looked if Mauricio Pochettino had taken the United job, we’re pretty sure this isn’t what they meant.
