It's not easy to be a woman in the world of football. Such a male dominated sport is still coming to terms with the idea of women being good involved in it, though progress is slowly being made. More female pundits are on TV, the women's game is growing, and in Germany, BV Cloppenburg have hired a woman to coach their men's team.
Imke Wübbenhorst is the first woman to coach a men's team in Germany's top five tier. She's something of a pioneer and will inevitably face many obstacles throughout her coaching career.
The first example of casual sexism she faced came at a press conference, when one ignorant journalist asked her whether her players should cover up before she enters the changing room.
She responded with a cutting remark, sarcastically explaining to the journalist "of course not. I'm a professional. I pick the team on penis size."
Wübbenhorst took over Cloppenburg's men's team in December and faces a tough task in lifting the side out of the relegation zone.
She played for the Cloppenburg women's team and played for Germany at every age group bar the senior team during her playing career.
